The Home Warranty Department at Clarum Communities is responsible for administering the terms of our Limited Warranty program. This program assures that we will be responsive to your requests for information and warranty service.
Clarum Communities warrants your home against defects in the original materials and workmanship for one year from the date of the close of escrow. Clarum Communities also warrants that your home will be free from defects in the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical distribution systems for two years from the date of close of escrow.
Clarum Communities will repair or replace, at our sole discretion and at no charge to you, any component of the home which is found structurally or functionally defective during the period of the Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover defects that are due to the lack of normal and timely homeowner maintenance, misuse or abuse. Upon close of escrow of your home, Clarum Communities will provide you with a Certificate of Limited Warranty for your home.
